Join us for an Arm Balancing Workshop with Chauncie Parchment. These workshops are for all levels of practitioners - intermediate, advanced and modifications for beginner or new students. Regardless of your level, please discuss your level and your expectations with Chauncie before class. Chauncie will provide alternate modifications throughout class for all students as discussed at the beginning of class. 

Arm balancing has been an interest of many yoga practitioners which is why we offer these workshops. There are many hurdles to overcome when attempting arm balancing in the beginning and techniques needed to build upon to sustain a safe practice. It is important to build the core, wrist and shoulders in order to perform arm balancing postures. This workshop is designed to teach students how to condition the body to execute arm balancing and fine tune your technique if you are looking to expand your practice. 

All levels welcome
Practitioners will learn:

• Various Drills

• Conditioning Techniques

• Beginner, intermediate and
advanced arm balancing postures

Chauncie Parchment: 1100hr RYT Yoga Teacher, gymnast, professional dancer, and martial artist.
